Portal Game

For right now this is just a small prototype game that has portal and grapple mechanics with the use of a portal gun. Another function i was testing is weapon skins and ways to impliment that into a game like this so its only in the game for testing purposes but i might make it into a real feature in a later release. I also added a sandbox "map" with no real sandbox functions at the moment but it does give you an envirnment to play test the various mechanics of the game.
